‘The Artist’ Stars Jean Dujardin & Berenice Bejo Talk Awards Season (VIDEOS)

Celebs flocked to the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Awards in Los Angeles last night and Celebuzz had a chance to catch up with two of this awards season’s brightest stars. Film critics have been singing praises for Jean Dujardin and Berenice Bejo‘s performances in The Artist (which is up for a lot of Oscars, by the way) and the two co-stars have been making their way around the red carpet circuit.

Bejo, who’s currently nominated for Best Supporting Actress, dished to us on just how she broke the news to her mother. 

The French actress was actually quite nonchalant in her delivery. She told us she left a message on her mother’s phone, saying:

Hey mom, it’s Berenice. Just letting you know I got nominated for an Oscar. Call me back!

But as for her co-star Dujardin, he was overwhelmed by awards season in general — especially the prospect of rubbing elbows with Brad Pitt!
